How to Market Neighborhoods and Subdivisions with Professional Photography
Sometimes, the best thing about a property for sale is the neighborhood where it sits. The agents we work with often have clients looking to rent or buy in a particular part of town.Great schools, amenities like walking paths or pools, and HOA policies are all factors that can draw clients to houses they might not choose otherwise.
But, local perks won't draw anyone in if no one knows about them! That's why we always recommend that real estate and rental listings include a few shots of neighborhoods and subdivisions if they're extra appealing. For our high volume real estate clients, we take these photos at no extra charge and add them to our stock photography bank. Agents listing in a neighborhood can browse photos of it and pull them for their marketing needs.
We also schedule customized neighborhood shots for builders and contractors. It doesn't take very long to capture attractive images of a subdivision, which means they're a great value. Even aerial shoots can be cost effective!
We can take neighborhood stock while homes are under construction or complete. As always, visit our scheduler or give us a call if you've got a project in mind. And, if you're looking for ideas of how to feature photographs you've already got, check this out. This too.Till next time...
