Swartz Company began as an architectural and commercial photography firm specializing in residential and commercial styled interiors and architectural property in 2008.
Their team has completed visual marketing packages for thousands of spaces all over the East Coast with a focus on serving many prominent businesses, real estate agencies, and short term rentals in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia.
The Swartz team began traveling and photographing spaces for AirBnb in 2010. After photographing AirBnB properties, they quickly moved into professional hosting creating their own AirBnB short term rentals starting in 2011. As seasoned professional hosts, having earned “Superhost” and 5 star ratings since the origins of the Superhost program, Swartz Company expanded into hosting consultation to assist others in getting their short term rental properties ready for long term success.
Swartz company continues to grow as an entire company of skilled professionals and strives to provide top of the line professional short term rental hosting, consultation and entire visual marketing packages for commercial, architectural, real estate and short term rental projects.
