When we first started out, it was hard to find serious evidence - numbers, graphs, percentages - that proved professional photography was worth clients' investment.Now? - Buyers spend 60% of their time looking at listing photos, and only 20% each on the listing description and agent description (The Wall Street Journal).
- Listings with professional photos receive 118% more online views (IMOTO PHOTO).
- Agents who outsource photography earn twice as much commission as those who do not. Only 35% of agents use professional photographers for every listing (Inman.com).
That last stat really jumps out to us. Professional photography is quickly becoming essential for realtors, but 35% is a pretty low percentage!
