The 3 Best Uses for Aerial Photographs
This spring, we've been all about aerial photography. The images from our first flight generated so much interest in these bird's-eye-shots that we had to schedule a second.(We're flying again on June 15th, so if you're in the Shenandoah Valley and want to request photos, don't delay! Email danielle@swartzphotograph.com to add your property to our flight plan.)After our first batch of aerial photos, we told you how to decide if they were a good fit for your property. The next step is choosing how to put aerial images to the best use for you or your business.
Here are a few of our favorite ways to use aerials effectively:
- Give them as a gift to a real estate buyer or seller. If a client has any sort of attachment to the properties you're helping them deal with, they'll love a keepsake print of it from a unique perspective. This is also true for family and friends.
- Display one in your business's office or vacation rental property. Aerials are distinctive, eye-catching conversation starters. Frame one for your lobby or rental home.
- Use aerials on social media or print advertising. When we post about shooting aerials, it results in some of our highest Facebook and Instagram traffic. Whether you're in tourism, PR, or sales, they can drive viewers to your pages.
Have you spotted stunning aerials being used in other effective ways? Tell us in the comments! We'll be sharing images from our second flight soon, and will include some of the best responses.
